Terms of Use

Welcome to Vitalix!

These Terms of Use explain the rules for using our site and prelaunch services. By visiting or using www.vitalixapp.com, you agree to follow them.

⚡ TL;DR (Short & Straight)

  • Respect the space.
  • Don’t steal our content — we build tools, not legal battles.
  • Vitalix aims to help you build mental strength — but real change takes effort.
  • If you sign up, we’ll protect your data and keep things running smoothly.
  • We’re currently in prelaunch — nothing is final until the app officially goes live.

Let’s get started.

1. Use of the Website

Vitalixapp.com is your space to explore our prelaunch content, tools, and updates. The website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You’re welcome to share or talk about our content (e.g., in articles, videos, or posts) — as long as you’re honest, fair, and don’t imply an official partnership without our written permission.

2. Early Access, Forms & Prelaunch Status

We are currently in prelaunch — the app is not yet publicly available.
If you sign up for updates or request early access to Vitalix, you may be asked to provide personal information (like your name or email). By submitting this information, you agree that we may contact you with Vitalix news, prelaunch updates, early-access invitations, and related communications.

  • Signing up does not guarantee immediate or eventual access.
  • Any buttons or offers shown on this site (including “Get Lifetime Access”) may be part of prelaunch testing to measure interest.
  • If you click such offers during prelaunch, no payment will be processed, and you will instead be redirected to more information about the product and its current status.

3. Intellectual Property

Everything original on this website — including the name “Vitalix,” logo, brand elements, text, design layouts, and content — is the property of Sviatoslav Fut, operating under the name Vitalix, and is protected under copyright, trademark, and related laws (even if unregistered at this stage).

Some visuals or elements may be created or modified using licensed third-party tools (e.g., Canva, Pexels, Unsplash) under their respective licenses. These third-party assets remain under their original licenses. Please don’t reproduce, imitate, or use any part of the Vitalix brand or website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

4. User-Submitted Content

If you contact us via email (contact@vitalixapp.com) with ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other information, you agree that we may use such input to improve Vitalix — without any obligation or compensation. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information unless you have agreed with us in writing that it will be treated as such.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We may use cookies or tracking tools to understand how the site is used and improve your experience. For details, see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The website and any prelaunch content are provided “as is.” We aim for a smooth, accurate, and uninterrupted experience — but we can’t promise it will always be bug-free or up-to-date.

We’re not responsible for any third-party websites we link to.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including, but not limited to, data loss, loss of profits, or technical issues — arising from the use of this website, any prelaunch tests, our app (when available), or our official social channels. Use them at your own risk.

8. Termination of Access

We may limit, suspend, or block access to our site, app, or official social channels if there’s abuse, malicious behavior, or violations of these Terms or the law — without prior notice if necessary to protect our services and community.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes will first be addressed via written communication between you and Vitalix. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through a second written exchange, clearly stating all claims, supporting evidence, and proposed solutions. This stage should normally be completed within 30 days unless both parties agree in writing to extend the period.

If the dispute remains unresolved, either party may propose resolution via an independent conciliation body (Schlichtungsstelle), provided both parties agree to participate. The conciliation process will be conducted in German or English, and each party will bear its own costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If no agreement is reached through such conciliation, or if either party declines to participate, any legal disputes will be handled exclusively by the competent courts in Berlin, Germany. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here, and if you’ve given us your email, we may send you a notice. Continuing to use the site after updates means you accept them.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.
